Rally for Global Solidarity: “Behind Bars” Sunday June 9, San Francisco

Sunday, June, 9th, from 11am to 2pm, San Francisco is hosting the first day of the 5-day global solidarity action “Behind Bars” to draw attention to the plight of prisoners of conscience before the Iranian election. This event will be held at SF’s beautiful Justin Herman Plaza. Speakers include Sarah Shourd, the American hiker who spent 410 days in solitary confinement in Evin Prison.
